House Rules

General Conduct

Keep phone conversations private; use the terrace for loud calls.
Follow the "Leave it as you found it" policy for cleanliness.
Resolve conflicts via the PG owner; do not take matters into your own hands.
Turn off all lights when leaving to conserve energy.

Night & Curfew

Arrival deadline: 10:00 PM. Notify owner for rare delays.
Lights out by 10:30 PM in shared rooms.
After 10:30 PM: Use the 4th floor (CMG) or terrace/corridor for work.
Inform the owner in advance if you will be away for the night.
Do not use Washing machine after 10PM
Curfew is strictly enforced; violations may lead to eviction.

Visitor Policy

Strictly no outside friends allowed inside the premises.
No delivery personnel (Swiggy/Zomato/Courier) beyond the gate.
Parents cannot stay overnight or enter without prior permission.

Departure & Fees

Return locker keys, pillows, and bedding in original condition.
Overstaying the contract results in a fee of ₹600 per day.

Absence Policy

If you are unable to return for a night to the PG, inform the owner in advance.
If you are away due to travel, inform the owner.
Failure to inform the owner may result in penalties and/or eviction from PG

Hygiene

Keep your room and common areas clean and tidy.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Report any hygiene issues to the management immediately.
You are responsible to clean the rubbish created by you.
Fridge will not be cleaned. You need to clean it and keep it free old/spoilt items.
